Coaching Insights and Strategies is a series of classes designed to add to the professional dimensions of the coaching experience. In the process of coaching self and others, the journey is to learn empathy and non-attachment. Our purpose is to provide an environment where the client experiences feeling safe and valued. A sensitive Coach listens for the spoken and unspoken words to teach the client self awareness and discovery. We also provide an opportunity to let clients experience the consequences of their choice by becoming a participant and observer of life. Other Coaching skills include marketing, business administration, public speaking, and responsibility for self and to our clients. A total of ten (10) Chapters from the monthly classes held from June 2007 - May, 2008.
